           Time square is one of the famous places in New York, and we also know it as one of the most crowded crossing places in the world. it is located between Broadway and 7th Avenue in Downtown Manhatan. This place is never deserted because there are many high-rise buildings and sparkling lights at afternoon and at night. Originally the square was called Longacre Square but after the New York Times headquarters was moved to Broadway in 1913 the square's name was changed. The news office took up residence in the One Times Square building.



          Many of the buildings here but the most famous are the ABC time’s Square Studios Building and also Planet Hollywood. During the new year celebration where people gather to celebrate parties. Times Square is the center of a thriving theater district on Broadway and surrounding streets. Attractions at Times Square include Madame Tussauds, Ripley's Believe It or Not and the Discovery Times Square Exhibition. The square is also a shopping Mecca with stores like Disney, M & M's World and Toys R Us.
       
          The Square is the site of the 7 storey high NASDAQ sign which reports on the events of the nation. in there we also found many restourants and hotels. Time square is also commonly referred to as a shopping center. we easily buy souvenirs for families. Seeing New York City with New York City All Around Town Hop-on Hop-off Tour is a wonderful experience. This bus passes through Times Square and many other New York City sights.
