This story is about Gip and his father visited the Magic Shop. Gip’s curiosity made him entered that shop with his father. He was pleased about that but his father was uncomfortable. His father felt something weird from the began he entered the shop. Nevertheless, he still granted his son’s wish. In the Magic Shop, some incident just happens and unrealistic things just grew more and more. Gip’s father is no longer sure where reality and illusion.
This story is not one of my favorite stories. I just don’t like about an unrealistic story. Yet, this story is still interesting to read. It is simple but the writing is good. This story is suited for the children who like the story that included unrealistic thing. I just like how the writer chose a word for this story. It increases my vocabulary. The style was simple but very descriptive. It made me feel as if I was into the story. I especially love one of the main character, Gip’s Father. He’s realistic and loves his son so much. However, I don’t like for his possessive.
After all, this story is great and it is well-written. This story can help you to improve your vocabulary. Even though I'm not fully engaged with this story, I can say if this story is recommended for you.
